Gotham City, For Real - Almost

There's these freaks that have so much time on their hands that they actually mapped out Gotham City, including the Rail System. Wonder if there's a shuttle to Metropolis???

Kinda sad, but really kinda cool.

I Still Don't Think So...

...and besides, what the hell happened to Wayne Manor?

Come to think of it, the Bat cave being under Wayne Manor with the entrance being in the desert didn't make sense anyway.

Nevermind.

Bob Bogle 1934-2009

Bob Bogle, bass player and co-founder of The Ventures, passed away on Sunday.

Holy Cash-In!

The Marketts were an American instrumental pop group, formed in Hollywood, California.

The Marketts' line-up constantly changed, being made up of various session musicians from the Los Angeles area. The group's direction was spearheaded by producer Joe Saraceno, although Saraceno did not arrange or play on any of the group's material. They are best remembered for their surf rock hits, though not all of their material has this sound; Saraceno took the group's style in whatever direction he thought would catch the record-buying public's ear.

Their biggest hit was originally entitled "Outer Limits", based on the TV theme of the same name, however, Rod Serling sued the Marketts for using the related four-note theme without his approval, therefore the title had to be changed to "Out of Limits", which reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1964.

– from Wikipedia

Their "Batman Theme" single, released in 1966, made it to #17 on the Billboard charts. The album (The Batman Theme Played By The Marketts) hit #82. It's great, by the way.
