Formed by sax player Emilio Castillo, The Gotham City Crime Fighters later evolved into the soul/funk group Tower Of Power.But back in 1966, they released "Who Stole The Batmobile?" on Batwing Records. Yet another Batman-themed cash-in record, it can be heard on the compilation You Got Yours! East Bay Garage 1965-67. As you may have guessed, it's a masterpiece.
